These Futuristic Floating Pyramids are part of the concept city of Wayaland, the new offshore experience.
Wayaland is the brainchild of Lazzarini Design studio. This futuristic city is filled with pyramid-shaped buildings that hold shops, SPAs, gyms, cinemas, hotels and more.
Designed to give you a whole new resort experience, it floats in open waters with most buildings powered by solar power and additional engines.
With 4 types of pyramid buildings, the largest one measures over 98 feet in height above the waterline.
The Waya Hotel sits atop a 177 x 177 feet basement that allows guests to park their own boats and watercrafts. It also stores additional equipment, engines, and generators.
As of now, the concept of Wayaland is now in the crowdfunding stage for their smaller buildings (33 x 33 feet).
Those who would donate over 1000€ can spend one night in the Waya suite when the project is complete in 2022. Supporters can also vote where Wayaland should reside and even get their own Waya passport.
